I was adopted from a family who's cat was allergic to me; I know it's a fishy story. I was about 2-3yrs old and brought home to Mum for Mother's day. I am a lucky pup and Mum says she is the luckiest Mum. Sadly there are Beagles who are not so lucky, they are put up for adoption after being a loving pet for 6, 8, & 10+ years. My brother came from the pound when he was 2 because HIS family was allergic too. It DOES sound fishy! All the rescued pups are very lucky!!
